What is INTECU-ACCESS card?
INTECU-ACCESS card is a ticket containing login credentials that can be used to browse on the OAU network.
Where can I get INTECU-ACCESS card?
You can buy INTECU-ACCESS card from retailers within the OAU campus such as eateries, hall of residence “butteries” and recharge card sellers. INTECU does not sell the ACCESS cards to individuals but to wholesalers and distributors.
How much is INTECU-ACCESS card?
The price of INTECU-ACCESS card varies. They are in different categories eg N100, N500 and N1,000.
N100 -has 4 hours of browsing time and 100MB of data. It is valid for 24hours.
N500 - has 25 hours of browsing time and 1GB of data. It is valid for 14 days.
N1,000 - has 70 hours of browsing time and 3GB of data. It is valid for 30days.
How do I use INTECU-ACCESS card?
Scratch the card, you will see a username and a password which you will enter into the space provided on the log in page. Then click the “sign in” at the bottom.
How can I stop the card from reading, when I am through with browsing?
On the browser type gateway.oauife.edu.ng/logout
I cannot read my INTECU-ACCESS card username or password, what do I do?
Please text your username (if problem is with password) or password(if problem is with username) along with the serial number to the phone number on the card, you will get a response within 24hrs. You do not have to visit INTECU.
I cannot read both the username andthe password, what do I do?
Please visit INTECU with the card.
Somebody stole my INTECU-ACCESS card pin, how can I trace it?
The user of the INTECU-ACCESS card cannot be traced, so please guard your card jealously.
When there is network failure or my system hangs, will the card log off by itself?
ANS: Your session will automatically log off after 10minutes of inactivity.

Which category of the card is the fastest
All the access cards are of the same speed. The difference is their validity period and their data value.
Is there any customer care number I can call for INTECU-ACCESS card issues?
The customer care number is printed on the lower right corner of the card. SMS is the preferred mode of communication.
I have used my #100 card for only 30min, when I tried to log in again it said I have exhausted my limit. What could have happened?
Each card is limited by any one of three attributes: the validity period, the session period and the data limit. Please see 3 above for the different values.
If I don’t use the pin after scratching, will it expire?
No,it becomes active after the first log in.
I have invalid username or password problem, what can I do?
Please confirm that the characters on the credentials have been properly entered. Kindly note that the credentials are case-sensitive. If problem persists, send a message to the help line.
